After 2.Rxf7 Black can prevent mate (but only after losing his queen for nothing):2. ... Bf6 3.Bg7+ Kg8 4.Bxf6+ Kxg7 5.Bxd8 wins the queen after Bd7 6.Qxc4 Rxd8 7.Qxc5
