(and forks a8 and d3 hehe) because if 2.. Rd8 3 Rad1 white will eventually lose the knight. for example 3 Rad1 Nb2 4 Rxd8+ Qxd8 5 Qc2! and the knight is trapped! (5.. Nd3 6 Rd1)
