(a few side vatiations i didnt put in the solution): if 1.. g1=Q+ 2 Nf2+ Picks up the newly created Queen and black is helpless to prevent Qf1# if 2.. g1=Q then the same type of tactic 3 Ng3 forces black to play 3..Qxg3 and white will win
